Child Development Centers (CDC)

A young person under 18 charged with an offence can only be detained in a CDC by law. There are three (two in Gazipur and one in Jessore). Tongi and Jessore are for boys and Konabari for girls. A click on the facility reveals data detailing status, age, type of offence, time spent. At the same time, outlines appear on the country map indicating the origins of the young person.
